Following in the footsteps of its subsidiary, Ouroumoff Ingénierie, certified since 1994, Elcimaï Informatique has just achieved its own ISO 9001:2000 certification for its outsourcing activities and third-party applications management.
Don’t forget that the ISO standards apply to “the management of quality”. The term applies to what a business does to meet the expectations of its customers, to improve satisfaction levels on a permanent basis and to operate a continuous improvement policy in respect of its performance.
The activity may be described as an ongoing process: customer relations management, operations, help (hot lines), skills management, internal support, continuous improvement and company management.
The whole process was lead by the quality manager and quality representatives. It culminated in an external audit by Euro-Quality System, which confirmed that the various activities and their management complied with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
For years Elcimaï has been a skilled practitioner in outsourcing, that is to say the partial or total management of a client’s information system. The ISO 9001:2000 certificate once again confirms Elcimaï Informatique’s competence and professionalism in this area.
