A history which leaves nothing to chance...

Since 1992, the Elcimaï Group has developed around two core businesses, IT systems and construction engineering services.
The Group's strategy is based on niche specialisations and permanently acquiring new skills, whether through internal training or acquisition.


Key elements in the Group's development:

1992 : The creation of Everest Informatique, an SSII computer engineering services company, essentially providing technical assistance on AS/400 computers and new technologies for the banking sector.

1997 : Diversification of the services provided and the first TPM-Third Party Maintenance contract for operating systems for RICOH, still an active customer today.

1999 : The creation of Everest Conseil advisory services, and the development of services using the Movex, ERP business management system edited by Intentia/Lawson.

2000 : Everest becomes Elcimaï.

2000 : Acquisition of the Ouroumoff Ingénierie consulting firm to complete the IT systems services the Group provides. These new activities included building services engineering, logistics and processes.

2000 : Creation of a centre for consulting and advisory services in SCM and logistics.

2002 : Creation of Elcimaï Réalisations as a general contractor for turnkey projects in building services engineering.

2003 : Delivery of the first turnkey project: the construction of a high ceiling cold room for the company Senoble.

2003 : Elcimaï reinforces its IT expertise with Web technologies skills and Object Technology solutions.

2004 : 1st global project: the construction of a rum distillery pilot site for Pernod Ricard, Havana Club International in Cuba. The Group was project manager for the construction side and the integration of ERP MOVEX-M3 production management systems.

2005 : 1st major project integrating Movex for the Vygon Group. The project included a TPM contract, with international expansion.

2006 : The Ouroumoff Ingénierie consulting firm reinforces its process skills and competence in the agro-foodstuff, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries as well as in other industries.

2006 : Elcimaï Informatique achieves ISO 9001 certification.

2007 : The engineering centre creates HQE services [Haute Qualité Environnementale- High Environmental Quality], providing the French green standard for refurbishment and new buildings.

2007 : Ouroumoff Ingénierie becomes ELCIMAÏ Ingénierie.

2009 : The Elcimaï Group acquire the company VALERIAN, a banking software editor. VALERIAN becomes Elcimaï Financial Software.

2012 : The Elcimaï Group acquire the company B-FINE CONSULTING, specialised in integrating M3 / MOVEX software solutions.

2014 : The Elcimaï Group acquire two companies, B + CA architecture and DMI, specialised in food industry, health, education, environment, industrial plant areas and transportation industries. B+ CA architecture and DMI become BCA/DMI.

2016 The Elcimaï Group acquire two companies :

- GIRUS (125 employees), specialised in environmental consulting, waste management and water, energy and all fluids, buildings and VRD

- CREE (around 20 employees), specialised in technical assistance in general installations, mechanical engineering, industrial and tertiary electrical engineering, civil engineering
