Led by Mr. Serge CLAUDE, these two firms specialize in architecture and engineering for industrial, environmental, and landscape projects. They oversee every stage of a project, from design through to project completion. They primarily serve clients in western France, including manufacturers, large retailers, and local governments.
In 2013, these companies generated revenue of approximately €3 million with a staff of 25 employees spread across three offices (Challans, Nantes, and Rennes). Each company operates independently in its respective markets.
B CA architecture primarily serves the food processing, waste management, retail, healthcare, and education sectors, though this list is not exhaustive.
DMI, for its part, operates primarily in the industrial, agri-food, and transportation sectors.

Given ELCIMAÏ’s longstanding expertise in the more specialized sectors of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and the automotive industry, this transaction marks the emergence of a major player in the world of commercial real estate design and development.
Upon completion of the transaction, GROUPE ELCIMAÏ will hold 100 % of this subsidiary, which will continue to be led by its CEO, Serge CLAUDE.
