Elcimaï Environnement Becomes a "Mission-Driven Company"
ELCIMAÏ ENVIRONNEMENT : THE ELCIMAÏ GROUP’S IKIGAI IN THE AREA OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Convinced that this project will steer Elcimaï Environnement toward a sustainable model, the Elcimaï Group, through Pascal Denier, its President – CEO, has initiated and proposed to the executives and employees of its subsidiary a transition toward becoming a “mission-driven company,” with the aim of playing a leading role in environmental preservation while also fostering new internal dynamics and synergies.
The choice naturally fell on Elcimaï Environnement because the project is directly aligned with the company’s long-standing values and the convictions of its employees (who are often personally committed) and is consistent with its existing operations. This initiative also unites employees around an innovative, shared project and is intended to serve as a model in the Group’s strategy to transition as many of its subsidiaries as possible to this new status.

Elcimaï Environnement’s articles of incorporation have therefore been rewritten to enshrine its environmental and social objectives and thereby give them legal standing.
To share its experiences and mentor other companies, Elcimaï Environnement now participates in the work of the Community of Mission-Driven Companies.

Environmental and Social Objectives
Elcimaï Environnement also declares itself a “Mission-Driven Company” within the meaning of Article L210-10 of the French Commercial Code. To this end, as part of its business activities, it has set itself the mission of pursuing the following social and environmental objectives :
- Promote all practices that reduce the environmental impact associated with the transportation of company employees.
- Improve the prevention and management of our waste.
- Promote environmentally responsible solutions to our clients within the context of their projects.
- Promote our commitments through ethical governance.
- Promote knowledge sharing and make our expertise available to civil society.
