Elcimaï is building an extraordinary playroom in Challans

The Elcimaï Group is currently leading the REDZONE project, a brand-new type of entertainment center for which it is responsible for full project management, in Challans (85).

This 2,130-square-meter recreational and sports complex will feature a bar, a restaurant, a wellness area, and a sports area offering three activities : trampoline, rock climbing, and squash. These activities will be available both in traditional form and through augmented reality using interactive visual effects.

The multipurpose complex is located at the entrance to the city along Route de Cholet, near the new movie theater, in the heart of a rapidly evolving commercial district.

The Elcimaï Group has been supporting the client for the past two years by managing the architectural design, project economics, technical studies, and construction supervision. The framework for the future game hall has just been installed, and insulation and cladding are currently underway. REDZONE is expected to be operational next September.
