Elcimaï is restructuring its IT Division and announcing the creation of Elcimaï Business Solutions

AN IT DIVISION UNDERGOING TRANSFORMATION

Since January 1, 2019, the activities of the IT Division of the ELCIMAÏ Group have been divided into the following three units :

• ELCIMAÏ Financial Software, a software publisher and integrator dedicated to the banking sector,
• ELCIMAÏ Informatique, a digital services company (DSC) focused on new technologies, and a software publisher and integrator for the healthcare sector (insurance/mutual insurance),
• ELCIMAÏ Business Solutions, a solutions integrator for industry, logistics/distribution, and related services (local governments, industry support, etc.)

A COMPREHENSIVE OFFERING

This newly created division, led by Bruno Kientzel, has a staff of 40 people who are now dedicated to the integration and maintenance of the M3 ERP solution, Business Intelligence, the AS/400 server, the factory of the future, as well as the promotion of offerings related to new technologies.

We also plan to develop a group-specific offering centered on the factory of the future, in which, from our perspective, the digital component plays a key role. Finally, since TMA is ELCIMAÏ’s core business, we will continue to develop it around our M3, AS/400, and BI offerings. Together with Pascal Denier [CEO of the ELCIMAÏ Group], we have developed a business plan that should drive a 30 % increase in EBS [ELCIMAÏ Business Solutions] revenue over three years.”
