Elcimaï is set to build a massive logistics hub in Amiens

XXL LOGISTICS HUB IN THE WORKS

Elcimaï is set to build a state-of-the-art XXL logistics warehouse in Amiens, at the ZAC des Bornes du Temps II. This warehouse will have a total floor area of 118,000 m² and will consist of 8 units of 11,605 m², 2 units of 6,367 m², and 2 SEVESO units of 1,941 m². The building permit and ICPE authorizations were submitted last July and are expected to be granted in 2019.

This project is being marketed in partnership with BNP Paribas Real Estate, Arthur Loyd Logistics, and Enterprise Immobilier d’entreprise.

A STRATEGIC LOCATION

Located across from the A16 and accessible via the A29 and A1, at the center of a consumer catchment area of 80 million people within a 3-hour radius (Paris-Brussels-Amsterdam-London-Cologne) and an employment catchment area of 350,000 people, this logistics platform will strengthen the activity of the “ Espace Industriel Nord” park, Picardy’s leading industrial zone (11,000 jobs) where companies such as Easy Logistique, Procter & Gamble, DB Schenker, ID Logistics, Valeo, Auchan, Ajinomoto, Mersen, Faiveley, and Dunlop are already established.

The dual-flow building will offer logistics units for rent or sale. A 40-space truck parking lot and a (expandable) 400-space passenger vehicle parking lot will accommodate one or more tenants.
