Recruitment event in Lyon

To help you reach the top of your career, the Elcimaï Group is hosting a unique job fair.

To recruit about twenty employees for its subsidiaries in the Rhône-Alpes region, it is inviting candidates to participate in rock climbing activities on Thursday, March 30, in Lyon.

Founded 30 years ago in Melun (77), the Elcimaï Group operates in the consulting and engineering sectors within the environmental, construction, and digital industries. Its growth has been steady, and its areas of expertise continue to diversify. Today, the Group has 380 employees and needs to further strengthen its teams to support its growth.

In March 2022, its job-matching event held at a climbing gym in the Paris region was a great success and resulted in the selection of about forty candidates.

Elcimaï will repeat this unique initiative on Thursday, March 30, at 4:00 p.m., at MROC Part-Dieu, an indoor climbing gym in Lyon, to meet the needs of its subsidiaries in the Rhône-Alpes region (Lyon, Caluire, Meylan, Valence, Chambéry).

About twenty permanent positions, work-study contracts, and internships are available in the fields of construction, energy, and the environment.

Candidates will be invited to learn about Elcimaï, talk with Group employees, and, if they wish, join them in climbing activities. These various activities are designed to reveal their personalities, showcase their qualities, and highlight their expectations, motivations, and aspirations. Because, as the Group’s slogan says, performance is no accident !
