The Elcimaï Group announces the merger of Elcimaï Ingénierie and Elcimaï Ouest

Elcimaï Ingénierie and Elcimaï Ouest, the two project management companies within the Elcimaï Group that specialize in the design and construction of new and renovated industrial and logistics buildings, have recently merged.

While this makes the legal structure of the Group—founded in 1992 by Pascal Denier—more transparent, the new entity, with 70 employees across Melun, Lyon, Rennes, Nantes, and Challans, and €10 million in revenue, will gain greater visibility and performance.

The teams have already been pooling their professional expertise for several years, as the Group has fully focused on developing its know-how in the field of eco-industry. This convergence of skills will be put to use in particular for the Sustainable Industrial Envelope®, a concept devised by Elcimaï and adopted by the government as part of the “Rebound Package” for industrial revitalization.
