It is in this context that the ELCIMAÏ Group announces the acquisition of CODEF Ingénierie, whose primary focus is the restructuring or creation of thermal spas, thalassotherapy centers, balneotherapy facilities, fitness centers, and aquatic, thermoludic, and thalaludic complexes…

The teams at CODEF Ingénierie will merge with those of GIRUS GE, based in Toulouse. The ELCIMAÏ Group subsidiary specializing in technical equipment and the environment will thus strengthen its position in the fields of thermal spas and swimming pools, confirming the expertise it has honed over the past 20 years. By combining their expertise, the teams will be able to provide high-performance technical solutions for these rapidly growing sectors.
