The Elcimaï Group : At the Heart of Training and Skills Development !

In a constantly changing world where skills are rapidly evolving, companies must adapt to remain competitive. Elcimai recognizes this reality and is committed to developing the skills of its employees. Through in-house training programs and personalized support provided by mentors for work-study students and interns, this proactive approach enables the company to strengthen its competitive advantage by building a qualified and skilled team, while offering new opportunities to its employees.

Each year, our group invests in the skills of tomorrow to meet new challenges and overcome recruitment difficulties. For 2023, we are strengthening our commitment to professional training in order to adapt to the promising engineering fields of the future. Training on common tools such as Revit, English courses to become a language expert, and training available via our internal “Kiosque” platform.

Work-study programs and internships : a bridge to skilled employment

In addition to internal training, Elcimai also encourages work-study programs and internships. This model allows students and young professionals to gain practical experience while continuing their academic studies. The company thus offers them a unique opportunity to put their knowledge into practice and gain valuable professional experience. By supporting them and offering them stimulating projects, we are convinced that we benefit from new perspectives and innovative ideas, thereby strengthening our internal momentum.

I completed a one-year work-study program in BIM at Elcimaï.

What I appreciated most about this program was working on real BIM development projects, finding solutions on my own, and being able to share those solutions with my mentor so we could move forward together. I highly recommend doing your work-study program at Elcimaï. Elcimaï is a multidisciplinary company, which allows you to work with multiple teams across different fields—it’s a truly enriching experience.”

— Morgane, BIM Assistant Manager

“As for my apprenticeship here, what I appreciate about this role is the diversity of projects and trades I encounter. Having to manage the interface between the different work packages forces us to understand the challenges faced by other trades, which is very educational. Similarly, the cohesion that must be established among the various engineers—all focused on very different tasks but working toward the same goal, for the sake of the project—proves to be a valuable learning experience. If I were to recommend Elcimaï, it would be for the wide variety of sectors involved (logistics hubs, the pharmaceutical industry, perfumery, etc.), which offers a very enriching experience.”

Héloïse – Work-study student

“Joining the Elcimaï group has allowed me to deepen my knowledge in the field of industrial construction, discover the importance placed on environmental issues, and better understand client needs. All this while quickly gaining autonomy and striving to produce high-quality work to meet current and future challenges. Elcimaï seeks to design, build, and make a real impact on the sector for a better future, which convinced me to continue my career with Elcimaï.”
