XXL Logistics Hub in Amiens Saint-Sauveur : Construction to Begin on September 27

The Elcimaï Group, together with its investor, announces that construction of the state-of-the-art XXL logistics hub
in the Bornes du Temps II commercial development zone in Amiens Saint-Sauveur will
begin no later than September 27.

Construction is expected to take 15 months. Early occupancy (MADA) will be
available during the construction phase.

Designed according to Elcimaï’s unique Sustainable Industrial Envelope (EID®) concept, the
facility will cover 116,991 m² and will be BREEAM-certified at the VERY GOOD level.
