ADEME’s “Territoire Engagé” Ecological Transition Program : Our advisors work with local governments to accelerate the transition in their regions

Elcimaï Environnement has reached an exciting new milestone : we are proud to introduce our three expert consultants for the “Territoire Engagé Transition Écologique” program !

Selected and trained by ADEME, our team of advisors—who are already auditors for the Circular Economy framework—has deepened their expertise in the program, particularly in the Climate-Air-Energy component. A refined methodology and new tools enable them to support local governments in a TETE initiative, which can lead all the way to certification !

 ? Meet our team

? Sandrine : an experienced project manager with specialized training in facilitation, Sandrine brings cutting-edge expertise in planning and optimizing public policies that address environmental and resource management issues.

? Olivier : With solid experience in project management related to energy and regional industrial ecology, Olivier excels at analyzing and structuring local dynamics to promote decarbonized economic development.

? Why should your region commit to the “TETE” initiative ?

The TETE program is much more than just a label ; it is a pledge of commitment and a catalyst for local governments to drive the ecological transition. Being a “Committed Territory” means placing your region at the heart of a virtuous initiative, addressing both Climate, Air, and Energy as well as the Circular Economy, in alignment with current environmental challenges. It also means nurturing and stimulating a local ecosystem and contributing to a new boom in economic activity. ADEME can support you in implementing the program through various forms of assistance, notably Territorial Objective Contracts.

Remember, in September, we published an op-ed in Environnement Magazine to introduce you to this program : read the op-ed.

? Keys to success : a method, tools… and support

Embarking on this process requires tailored support. A consulting firm like ours helps you navigate effectively and take charge of this program, step back to assess your constraints and opportunities, and rally support both internally and externally around the project.

We offer the expertise, methodology, and support needed to turn your vision into reality !
